Chanute
resident, Lynne Kustanborter received the 2018 Ella Ranz Service Award
at the hospital’s annual Volunteer Holiday Party in December. Known
for her friendliness and dedication to patients, Lynne was honored with a
plaque, a dozen roses and a heart-felt round of applause from fellow
volunteers. Lynne has volunteered at Neosho Memorial since 2011.
“Lynne
is such an important part of what makes NMRMC the BEST,” Wannetta
Wiltse, NMRMC Volunteer Coordinator said. “We have the BEST
volunteers.”
Social
media praise filled the hospital’s facebook page as hospital staff,
community members and family joined in congratulating this year’s award
recipient.
Volunteers
at Neosho Memorial are a fun-loving group that provide services such as
escorting patients, delivering mail and staffing the Gift Shop. If
