Suzanne Peters, APRN-C, is accepting patients at Neosho Memorial’s Erie Family Care Clinic. She will provide family medical care for people of all ages including:
- General and preventive medical care
- Well-child exams
- Acute and chronic illness management
- Minor procedures
- Health promotion and disease prevention
- Immunizations and allergy injections
Located in Erie, Kansas, the clinic is operated by Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center. In addition to family medical care, the clinic will offer lab and imaging services. The office will be open Monday through Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm; Thursday 8 am to 7 pm and Friday 8 am to noon.
Medical records may be transferred to the Erie Family Care Clinic by calling your provider and asking them to be sent to Erie Family Care Clinic, Suzanne Peters, 13920 HWY 59, PO Box 180, Erie, KS 66733, Phone 620.244.5105 or fax 620.244.5111.
