Physical Therapy
Helping patients of all ages improve their ability to move or to move more comfortably is the goal of the physical therapy department at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center. Physical therapy helps patients increase their strength and decrease or prevent problems associated with diseases and injuries.
Your doctor will prescribe physical therapy to help your specific medical condition or to help rehabilitate you after surgery.
If you are hospitalized, your therapist will visit you in your room or take you to the inpatient therapy room. Patients who are not hospitalized will receive physical therapy at the Rehabilitation and Fitness Center, located on the west side of the hospital campus.
